Beginner Training Plan

$19.99

The Beginner Plan is designed for individuals who are just starting out at the gym, wanting to incorporate resistance training into their exercise routine, and/or anyone who struggles to make it to the gym consistently.

This plan will solve these problems by getting you into the gym 3-4 times per week to hit all major muscle groups, while still building a base for your heavy compound movements, such as bench, squat, and deadlift. Based off of an upper body-lower body training split, this plan will allow beginners to build a foundation in the gym without having to workout every single day.

-This training plan includes a FULL week of workouts that may be repeated weekly to achieve optimal results

-Upon purchase, you will receive a download link to the Beginner Training Plan. This 3-page PDF includes my personal advice, as well as a 1-week complete training plan

-This download link will also be emailed directly to you with your order confirmation. *IF YOU DON’T RECEIVE THIS EMAIL, PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER*

By purchasing and following this work out plan, you do so at your own risk and assume the risk of any and all injury and/or damage you may suffer.  You recognize that this program may involve strenuous physical activity including, but not limited to, muscle strength, endurance training, and other various fitness activities in addition to lifestyle changes such as dieting.  You also acknowledge that you are purchasing this plan on your own and were not forced to do so.

Description

Beginner Training Plan:

If you want to get into the gym to start pursuing your fitness goals like building muscle, losing fat, and gaining strength, the Beginner Training Plan provides a great option for introducing you to essential exercises, without having to visit the gym every single day. I personally used this plan in my first year of training to allow myself to become more familiar with the gym and my body and gained nearly 20 lbs of muscle in that year.
