The Intermediate Plan is built to further advance your progression with higher frequency and gym volume throughout the week.

Based off of a pull, push, legs training split, this plan is designed for people who have already built up a solid gym foundation.  It will be very beneficial to those who want to start putting more emphasis towards the gym and their workouts by increasing training frequency to 5-6 times per week. The intermediate training plan will be optimal for increasing hypertrophy and muscle mass, while also placing more emphasis on powerlifting movements.

Intermediate Training Plan:

If you want to further progress both lean muscle mass and functional strength and start prioritizing the gym more heavily, the Intermediate Training Plan provides a great option for you to increase your training frequency and volume each week. This plan will really allow you build off that initial foundation to work toward continual strength and muscular gains. I personally used this plan throughout a majority of high school in preparation for football and basketball and gained over 30 lbs of muscle in a 2-year time span.
