My 12-Week Bodybuilding Program is designed for those who want a more bodybuilding focused program and approach. Includes some powerlifting aspects, but also places a heavy emphasis on bodybuilding and hypertrophy training.

Based directly off my previous bodybuilding training style, my 12-Week Powerlifting Program is designed for anyone looking to gain both muscle mass and increase their functional strength. This program is based off my powerbuilding training style, beginning each workout with a heavy compound movement, which is followed by various bodybuilding movements to instill muscle growth. The program is 12 weeks long, including 6 training sessions per week.

For each accessory movement, a drop down arrow will appear when the cell has been clicked. This drop down arrow will provide a list of accessory movements for you to choose from and you will perform one of those movements from that list before proceeding to the next accessory.

-This training program will include 12 weeks of training, including 6 sessions per week, specifically outlining your training for each individual day

12-Week Bodybuilding Program:

This 12-week bodybuilding program has been created with a heavy emphasis on bodybuiding training, but also includes powerlifting elements to provide a very complete training program consisting of both powerlifting and bodybuilding. The plan is separated into 3 different training blocks that will build up volume, then build up intensity as you prepare to peak your training. Although strength is not the primary focus of the program, there is still an optional max out week at the end of program, for those who want to test their strength progress in the squat, bench, and deadlift. A researched, scientific approach has been taken to ensure that this plan will provide you with both hypertrophy, muscular gains and strength gains.
