My brand new 12-week powerbuilding program is designed to increase your performance in both powerlifting and bodybuilding training styles. Each workout begins with 1-2 powerlifting movements, followed by a variety of hypertrophy movements to increase muscle mass. If you enjoyed my first 14-week strength program or my 12-week bodybuilding program, this will be a very effective combination of both, and is meant to be the Vol. 2 version of the original program.

This is how I currently train on a daily basis, and I think it’s the most effective way to put focus on both strength and physique goals. The program is 12 weeks long, with 5 training sessions in each week, as well as a competition week, where you will test your final 1-rep maxes.

For each accessory movement, a drop down arrow will appear when the cell has been clicked. This drop down arrow will provide a list of accessory movements for you to choose from and you will perform one of those movements from that list before proceeding to the next accessory.

Ryan Dengler Powerbuilding Program:

This is the most complete powerlifting and bodybuilding program right now. My new Powerbuilding Program will combine both powerlifting and bodybuilding aspects allowing you to increase both your strength and muscle mass when paired with a good diet. My powerlifting coach and I have put together a heavily researched and scientific approach to this training plan to provide the best results, with a plan that is nearly identical to what I’m currently running. If you guys saw results from any of my previous programs, you will love this new powerbuilding program. Or, if you’re new to strength and hypertrophy training, I think this program will provide you a really solid understanding of RPE, and will allow you to continue your strength and physique gains even after the 12 weeks are over.
